2023 dan blog ni masih wujud di alam maya !

Sesungguhnya, lama betul tak menulis dalam blog. Sangat sangat lama. 2017 ada 3 post and way before that 2013 ada 2 post, then 2012 ada 16 post dan seterusnya. Semangat menulis (well, update bukan menulis sebab merapu lebih banyak dari yang berfaedah) adalah dalam tahun 2008 dan 2011. 2008 sebab baru belajar blogging. tahun 2011 tak sure belom godek tengok lagi. But for sure banyak crap dari yang bermanfaat.

Tak de benda yang menarik berlaku dalam hidup ni, mungkin satu alasan yang cliché, mana mungkin takde benda yang menarik kan. Probably malas lebih tepat. Reading back my first and second post back in 2008, I did say that I was a chatter but growing up and older, I've changed to someone different. It's like I don't even know the person i was back then. Hmmmm.

Reading back my post in 2008, it's happen that this month is 15th anniversary of this blog, Tak sangka blog ni ada lagi sampai sekarang, it's just that dah bertukar nama. Alhamdulillah masih berpeluang bernafas dan mengharungi hidup di dunia yang semakin mencabar ini. Kepada semua, stay strong, stay put, smile and move forward. Until we meet again.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle

Got an opportunity to watch it yesterday. Alone, ofcos. It was a very good movie for me, complete with humor, love, action and emotional scenes. I am not going to be a story teller here, don't worry. I've watched the first Kingsman (but i can't remember what it's all about) but I think this one win my heart, since I can't remember the other one.

I really admire British accent and British English. Tried to learn it. To be honest, it is really hard to imitate it. The pronunciation, the phrase, the words all are really good to hear. Sounds polite, graceful, calming and motivating. For me I mean.

Kingsman, I could say it was an action pack movie. Not as 007 ofcos. It has its own identity. The suit, the umbrella, the glasses, the accent, the manner. That are their identity. Started with the tailor shop. Oh, I like the orange suit so much! the action start from the very beginning, with not so much bored conversation and discussion scene make it more interesting. Should watch it. 👍👍👍

Life is short, and the world is wide

All my life I can't imagine myself travel out of country without my parents. I know it sound weird but if u know my culture well u will understand what I mean. If u ask me what was my feeling, i felt scared, doubted, hopeless, lost, incomplete, bored and the most of it was SATISFIED. 

People said, traveling make u know ur true self. And yes, it's true. Make u feel equal, make u stay positive, humble and keep on moving. My next destination? I have no plan for now. Its too early to plan. I just want to relax and cherish the memory. 

2017 is almost ended !!

I have been silence since my last post somewhere in 2013, 4 years I could say. Along the time, i have been doing so many great things and be around great people. I have travel to several countries, finally got the courage, being in several relationship, developed my inner strength and aligned with my career path. 

Through out the period, ofcos i have seen all the sadness, the bad, the stress and the failure. Apart of feeling down, all those things has build up my character and make me even stronger. I am grateful to what i have and how I am now. Even though there are people who questioned me on how I manage my life, and i was a bit sad and frustrated about it, i took that as a compliment and moving forward as this is the path that i chose.

Please pray for me and wish me luck !

Hello peep-alls!!
Assalammualaikum..how r you guys doing..this blog has been in a hiatus mode for more than a year..there are lots of thing happen in my life since then..bitter and sweet..no use to keep talking about..

I just wanna start a new sheet of my life and keep on doing what I am doing now..chill guys..work hard and think positive..insyaallah we will succeed...

What are your plan for today? Well for someone who enjoying her rest day like me im thinking of going to ikea..I have new project in mind..I will share with you guys later..

By the way..its been so so long (a year plus) I haven't update my blog..its just that I have no enough time to do so..for now..I wanna go and take my shower..I wanna go out n chill with my mom..we are heading to ikea..yeehaaaa...!!

Crawled to the kitchen..to the bathroom..one day they might found their baby inside the toilet bowl, drowned...pffftt~

5 Myths About Your Breast Cancer Risk

1) If I have a family history, I am definitely at high risk. While this may be true, it’s usually not.  Most breast cancers are not genetic, and with one in eight women getting breast cancer, almost all of us will have a family history of some sort.  If your fifty-year old cousin Elsie and your ninety-year old Great Aunt Bertha have breast cancer but your mother and sister don’t, your risk is probably not increased.  But if your mother and sister were both diagnosed with breast cancer before menopause, your risk is definitely higher.

2) Big breasts are more likely to get breast cancer.  Breast size is not related to cancer risk.  While examining and screening larger breasts takes more time and attention, large breasts are at no higher risk than small breasts of developing breast cancer.

3) Because I have fibrocystic breasts and my breasts hurt, I might have breast cancer. The majority of breast cancers are painless, and most breast pain does not relate to breast cancer.  Many women have fibrocystic breasts. In fact, what we used to call fibrocystic breast disease, we now call fibrocystic change, since it’s so common and normal.  Most women with fibrocystic change do not have an increased risk of breast cancer.

4) If I use hormone replacement or birth control pills, I will die of breast cancer. There is conflicting evidence about the effect of hormones on breast cancer risk.  While some evidence supports the idea that using hormones will increase your risk of breast cancer, this risk is very, very small and most likely represents growth of a preexisting cancer.  In major studies, women who use hormones (hormone replacement or birth control pills) do not have an increased risk of dying of breast cancer compared to women who have not used hormones.

5) Mammograms will prevent me from getting breast cancer. While most experts recommend mammography for decreasing breast cancer risk, mammograms are an imperfect test and can miss breast cancers.  Breast thermograms, which evaluate blood flow and heat, may help to pick up early changes that may lead to breast cancer, while the changes may still be reversible. While breast thermograms are not well studied and may still miss breast cancers, they may have benefit for young women at high risk for whom mammography doesn’t serve as a good screening tool.  Mammography, and possibly thermography, can reduce your risk of dying from breast cancer.
