What a good morning....Pancake, anyone?

Happy Saturday..its already Dec 3rd..hah..times fly really fast..what's for breakfast? hmm..this morning i was thinking of making pancake..of coz my quick pancake..haha..but this time not as lazy as b4..i made it step by step..its ok if u do step by step or just pour everything inside n blend..coz the texture will be the same..yeah..i still used blender to mix it..



First, prepare ur flour..
What's inside the bowl?
20 table spoon of wheat flour
1 tea spoon of baking powder 
1 teaspoon of bicarbonated soda

If u like u can also add herbs like cinnamon or nutmeg..





Ok..lets do it step by step..this time i have measured the quantity of ingredient so that u can also try this at home..
What's in the blender?
4 table spoon of brown sugar (u can add more if u want it to be sweet)
1 egg
1/2 can of evaporated milk (its like 200g)
a pinch of salt
1 tea spoon of vanilla essence (just to add flavor to the batter..)




Blend it all together for about 1-2 minutes or until well mix..





Next, put flour bit by bit until finish..
Mix well..
U can add water if the batter is to thick..




Once ready pour into a pot




This is how u can cook it..
U can also use flat pan if u do not have this kind of tiny pan..



U can cook it plain or sprinkle some brown sugar on top of it..
I did sprinkle with milo..its yummy..huhu..
U can also put raisin or any dried fruits u have too..





Tadaaaa.....ready to eat..
My bro ate this with chocolate ice cream..and he said it was heaven..haha..

Puding Keramel Kukus




Bahan-bahan

7 biji telur (gred A)
1 tin susu pekat
Satu cawan air
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
secubit garam
3 sudu besar gula (untuk karamel)

Cara-cara membuatnya

1. Buat karamel dalam loyang dulu. Goreng gula dalam loyang sehingga keperangan dan biarkan sejuk (hingga gula mengeras dalam loyang)
2. Pukul telur hingga kembang. Kemudian masukkan susu pekat dan air. Pukul hingga berbuih.
3. Masukkan esen vanilla dan garam. Pukul lagi hingga betul-betul kembang dan berbuih.
4. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang dan kukus selama 1 jam.
5. Setelah masak, biar sejuk dahulu sebelum di keluakan. Hidangkan ketika sejuk.


Buat ni masa bulan puasa hari tu..saja jer nak try2 tak sangka la plak jadi..first time buat sendiri ni..huhu..cuma manis skit la..bleh kurangkan susu pekat kalau tak suka manis..ni memang confirm jadi punya la..sedap gila rasa dia..so try la..

Banana Coffee Cake

1 tablespoon flax seeds, ground (bleh ganti ngan nuts, oats or cornflakes..tapi blog owner suggest guna ener-g egg replacer)
4 tablespoons warm water
1/4 cup turbinado sugar (bleh ganti ngan gula perang)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup soy yogurt (nak pakai low fat or diet yogurt pon boleh)
1/3 cup vanilla soymilk (susah nak dapatkan benda ni ganti jer ngan low fat milk..tapi rasanya melambak dalam pasaran)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup agave nectar (bleh ganti ngan honey or syrup)
1 cup white whole wheat flour (or whole wheat pastry flour)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 bananas (pisang emas ok..tapi pisang berangan paling sesuai)

1) Preheat the oven to 375F and oil a pie pan or an 8-inch square baking dish.

2) Mix the ground flax seeds with the warm water and set aside to thicken.

3) Mix the turbinado sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Set aside.

4) Combine the soy yogurt, soymilk, vanilla, and agave nectar in a bowl. Add the flax mixture.

5) Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour the soy yogurt mixture into the flour mixture and stir just until combined. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread to cover the bottom. Slice the bananas and place the slices over the batter. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar. Spread the remaining batter over the bananas. Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cake appears set in the middle. Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into 6 slices and serving.

375F = 190.5C

**err..for those yang pening pale apsal nama dia Banana Coffee Cake padahal dalam resepi takde coffee pon..Coffee merupakan perkataan lain selain Breakfast..Maksudnya Coffee=Breakfast..Means that this is for breakfast..tapi nak jadikan dia menu desert korang ke..menu high tea korang ke terpulang la..sebab dia manis dan sedap..Happy Cooking..
