Exam is tiring

I have been on hiatus for many days..actually, i'm quite busy as the training schedule is quite packed..so it makes me tired..all i do after work is sleep..haha..plus we are having our exam now...so u guys wish me luck ok..take care..

Think Happy Thoughts and Eventually the'll come true

Today is my off day after 9 days training..my feet really pain as i stood for almost 9 hours per day..i just stay at home the whole day..washed all my clothes, cooked and cleaned the house..i am allergic to dust and dirty floor..

Time flew so fast..i forgot that i need to buy a pair of shoes for work..i can't wear the shoes that my mom bought for me..it makes my heels pain..feel like its going to come out...huhu...so i went out and bought a new shoes..not expensive one..what a relief...i hope this new shoes will not give me prob tomorrow..

After practicing docking and stretching the pizza daugh, i can already handle it well..they even use it for customer order..3 of my pizza crust being sell yesterday..1 Large New York Crust and 2 Regular Hand Toast Crust....I'm so proud la..haha..and also i did the itemizing (toping the pizza)...u might thing that it was nothing..but for me..its something..coz its really hard to prepare for the crust..

Tomorrow i already start working in shift..i will work on the morning shift until Saturday..then Sunday i will go for evening shift..I love this job so much..like the Manager said, 'If u wanna success, do what ever u do with passion'..i am trying create passion now..and its coming bit by bit..

Ok guys..i'm off to bed now..see yah some other time..nity nite ok..~peace!

Almost 9 days now !!!

Continued from previous post...........
 On the third day we already being sent outlet..this outlet as i told in my previous entry is 5 star outlet..5 or 6 months straight..cool uhh..

What we have learnt for the pas 8 days was really something new to me..i learnt how to docking and stretching the pizza dough..how to put the topping, the sauces, cheese and many more..i learnt how to prep all the stock..how to proof the dough..sounds like easy uhh..its easy when u r an experienced manager..so many things to remember ok..we have to stand almost 9 hours per day..STAND..not sit..my feet feel very pain..but its cool..i love my job now..

Today we managed to talk with the B*****R Restaurant Manager named Mr Hairi..yeah..his name same with my trainer name..he shared with us many things..he one of Domino's best manager...i'm glad to know him..he has wide experience and knowledge..he personally taught us today on how to do the itemizing..how to prep stock and so on..he has show us how to do it in only 30 min..so easy..haha..

The best part is when he shared on the incentives he got and he even maintained to get 12 months bonus and so on..haha..its good to hear it..haha..well..its not possible to become like him..he has 3 promotion last year..early year, middle of the year and end of the year..he is now Senior Restaurant Manager..i hope i will become like him one day..

I did ask what are his secret weapon to be very successful manager and he explain..he is a great guy la..he just  23 years old..and have so much achievement in his career..im going to be like him soon..we already got so much info from him..thanks to him..to be continue ok..im sleepy..good nite..sweet dream ok..

 Good Morning!!

It has been so long i havent blogwalking..i miss ur all blogs so much..my off day will be on this thursday..i hope i can manage to go through all..insyaAllah..i have been working for more than a week now..what i can say that F&B is really cool and hectic job..but enjoyable..

My first day at the HQ was ok..i met some new friends..actually all together we have about 11 MIT for this training..alhamdulillah so the head count is still 11..i heard in some other batches, there is MIT who resigned..and i hope i'm not gonna be one of them, insyaAllah..

Most of the team member are younger that me..there is a guy who older than us that is Mr Andy..he was working in Vietnam before but being retrenched due to economic problem..pity him..this happen to my team member named Sabri also..he was giving VSS 7 months ago due to company financial prob..haih..pity them la..

Others are really young..there are 2 fresh graduate in our team..one of then is doing her master but postponed as she got this offer..all of them are really cool, funny, caring and socialable..in our team member also we have a guy who actually a Domino's staff named Firdaus (funny guy)..he was a pizza maker before and being promoted as MIT..i guess daily operation isnt really hard for him compared to us especially me..

From northern region, all together we have 4 person including me who is Mr Andy, Kris dan Husna the master girl..We have 2 from Negeri Sembilan who is Ila and Alia..both of then was a TGV staff..boleh tengok wayang free hari2..huhu..from Perak we have Sabri, Wani and Irma..and from here herself is Zatie..

Our first day is just an orientation, briefing and class..same with second day..on third day we already being located at the outlet..and our training centre is in B*****R..huhu..this is the international 5 star outlet..cool isn't it..i will continue more ok..i have to go as it already 7.15am..have a nice day guys..

My dear peep-pals..how r ya all doing..? well i guess u guys r doing so well rite..its already new year..i just realized it last nite..haha..what a very hectic week i had..everything turning upside down..haha..i bet u already knows what i am into..

My new job is super interesting and enjoyable..our trainer is super cool and helping...but ofcoz strict..but he more likely to be like a friend rather a teacher or trainer or guider or what ever u call him..i start to like an love my job now..even its stressful and always in rush..i love it so much..i learned so many things for the past 5 days..i will tell u guys later ok..

I don't have enough time update my blog..~sad..i even got food poisoning..this is bad..i vomited the whole day..i will tell u later..ok..i got to go..the traffic here isn't like at my home town..here is heavy and the drivers are all 'bikin hati panas'..haha..ok..see ya all around..take care...

Today is my last day in this company..actually i am sad to leave but i also need to move on, change my life my career..well i wish everyone here all the best in the future..I would like to apologize for all my mistake..mintak dihalalkan gaji selama ni dan apa jugak yang termakan terminum terguna dunia akhirat..we will always meet as they are all my relatives, my sisters..its my pleasure to help in anything..just gimme a call or sms..to June..whenever you come to kl pls call me..i will go n meet u..

Yesterday i have said goodbye to Ms Manager, Kak Eda and Kak Ana from other office..suddenly i felt so sad n cried..haha..silly me..its not that i'm not gonna see them..its just like working for 4 and half years giving me such a memory..im gonna work at a new place with new environment and new friends..harap hubungan tak putus di sini..I love both of you..Goodbye..tsk tsk tsk

Finally, it's confirmed!!

Good-day Peeps,

Im happy today..coz finally its confirmed..remember my last post about the phone call from Domino's Pizza? Click here for the post..Well actually i did apply for Domino's Pizza Restaurant Manager last month during the Career Fair in Penang..then after  a weeks (or 2) they call me for an interview..so i went there...it was actually the first interview..the interviewer named Mr Tan didn't ask so much..actually it wasn't like an interview at all..it was like a briefing of how is the process of becoming a restaurant manager will be..

So he explain, first i will have to go for training..at this time my position will be Manager in Training. Then after 13 weeks they will assign me to the nearest domino's outlet to my hometown as assistant manager..As they r planning to open 1 outlet in my hometown probably i will in charge there..or they will send me to somewhere nearby..hmm..i don't mind where they will located me..

Then he said someone will call me next week..then a girl call me ask me to go for 2nd interview..this one was a REAL interview..ok to be honest..i never go for an interview..haha..so i was so nervous n panic i don't know here was that place..n was lost too..well the walk in interview was started at 4..i reached there at 5..*good..

Well as it was a walk in interview ofcoz i have to wait like 1 hour for my turn (as i reach late too..haha..first come first served)..when my turn came..i was so nervous..i even got a very low marks for my IQ test..haha..the interviewer (i didnt know his name as he never intro himself) asked me so many question (typical interview questions)..haha..n my answer was really funny n sounds stupid too..i think he might noticed that kept playing with my ring..aha..one question he asked me..'What skill should a manager have?'  hoh! i was blank..then suddenly one of the staff came n talked with him..i was like 'think, think'..haha..then i got the answer..phew!!

Lastly he said, 'my girl will give u a call next week'..then i went back..hoho..i felt stupid..i was driving in regret the whole way back home..i am stupid..that what i was thinking..hhmm..then last friday the officer named Vijaya called me..he said that i got the job but will confirm back with me once she got all my document..hoho..i waited nearly the whole week for them to call me..as they didn't call me..i thought i should give them a call..who knows that they might change their mind..haha crazy thought..

Then its confirmed then..I'm one of Domino's Malaysia team now..I don't mind if my salary isn't much..i just want a new experience, a new start and be happy..that's all..I'll be reporting my duty on 27 Dec 2011..i'll be staying at my sister's house (well..she also need someone to take care the house too as she already move to Sarawak)..hmm..Wish me luck guys..

Good News From Domino's Piza

Hmm..This evening when i was on the way back from my uncle , suddenly i got a phone call..and its from Domino's..well..im happy to hear the news..

I hope things will be different..I will get back to you guys when everything ready..

End of Year Left Over....

Yesterday me & June was attending one dialog at Sungai Petani..as u can see from the above picture..looking at the title of the campaign i was thinking that it was a some kind of green campaign or maybe cleanliness campaign or something to do with how to increase tourist in Kedah..when i look at the powerpoint handout they gave us when we registered, it was about licensing, law and act..they wanted to update us, the industry player, to the new changes in ministry, law, procedure and act..so i was like hmm..maybe they should change the tittle..coz this shows that this dialoq or seminar or what so ever they call it is being prepared without proper plan..last minute maybe..i also can said that its like "melepaskan batuk ditangga"..

There 3 panels (not to mention their name) for this dialog..at first, one of the panel who is from HQ read us his presentation regarding the law n so on..the one i mention above..why i said "read his presentation" coz he was reading it word by word..hmm..i also can do that kind of presentation i tell u..he should have made his preparation before present it in front of us..actually most of the participants r travel agents, president of associations and hoteliers..so this people will definitely have gazillions of killer question to ask (which is yes..haha..)..he should at least explain in easy word especially the act part..we r not lawyer or law practitioner..its hard for us to understand it well..

After finish, they open a dialog between all industry player and the ministry..many question has been asked by participants..most of the question cannot be answered but panels..the worst answer is "itu di bawah unit lain..kami kurang maklum dengan perkara itu"..OMG..what's the point of organizing these dialog if this kind of answer we got..hah !!

When organizing these kind of program, they should invite rep from all units involved..so that everything wil be clear..we r talking about the new amendment in act and procedure..plus there r changes in some of the portfolio too..this is a big things to be discuss..as what we have been told, now if we wanna renew our permit for tour buses or anything regarding it, the application should be made to SPAD (Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat)..its a new things ok..so we need more info about it..but they cannot give us and ask us to check it online and so on..OMG..again what's the point of organizing these dialog if this kind of answer we got..

This is not helping at all u know..there's question from a participant..she ask why this kind of program always being organized end of the year and suggested that the ministry should organize program like this often..but the answer given by the panel has proven the weaknesses of the program from beginning.."kita bukan tak boleh buat selalu, tapi kita kena tunggu ada lebihan budget dulu baru boleh buat..makanya sebab tu program macam ni selalu dibuat hujung tahun.."

this why i said "sekadar melepaskan batuk ditangga" or "saja nak habeskan budget"..

Talking about all this things really make me sick..i think all the industry player also feel the same..i'm not someone who like to complain..but its too obvious..i have complain in my entry about the night travel fair too..maybe they think that we r so dumb or desperate..they must know that we, travel agent are the one who supporting Malaysia tourism industry..we r inter dependent..so why not just do the best for us and we will give the best too..haih..

The last session was the makan time..hohoho..food food food..so heading to the cafe..the food was yummy..i even forgot to take picture..the desert was god damn delicious..seriously..it was sagu with santan n gula melaka..after finish our lunch we went back to office...haha..lie..we went to Kamdar as June wanna buy flannel for her new baby's bedding set..then we off to office..

Last week weol ada exhibition kat i.City Shah Alam..malas nak cita bab crowd..coz mengecewakan..malas nak comment keje2 yang dibuat oleh team Tourism Malaysia..coz triple mengecewakan..seriously..kalau setakat nak melepaskan batuk kat tangga or nak habeskan budget tahunan baik tak payah buat or hired event planner jer..sebab memang hampeh giler ok..tapi apa yang mengubat ati yang sakit giler dan mata yang jugak sakit gile tengok dorang dok menggedik adalah Boboiboy ni...hahah..i yang tak pernah minat ngan cartoon ni pon dah terminat..

Actually best rupanya cartoon ni..sangat best ok..cuma citer dia pendek2 jer..setanding ngan citer2 cartoon luar negara..Upin & Ipin dah tenggelam dah..sekarang kids go for Boboiboy..dia ada jual cd sampai episode 12..devided kepada 3 cd..1 cd RM18..kaau beli 3 sekali gus dapat la harga RM45..ada jual tee gak..

Kids yang tunggu episode seterusnya kena la layan episode2 lama dulu sebab menurut staff animonsta studio dorang tengah buat episode 13..so sabar menanti ya..oh ya..i baru tau yang founder Boboiboy ni dulu keje ngan Upin & Ipin..keluar dan create this Boboiboy & the gang character..no wonder la character dia nak lebih kurang jer bentuknya...anyway semoga animonsta studio terus berjaya dan terus produce good n quality product..chiow..

What's for lunch?

My lunch for today..sangat busan dok office sorang2 ok..nak kuar malas..so makan oat jer la..bagos untuk jantung..:D..

My Third Trip To Singapore

Salam...

Huiiii..dah lama tak update blog..rasanya lebih sebulan kot..bukannya apa..tak banyak benda yang nak di story mory kan..however..couple of weeks ago..kami ada travel fair kat Singapore..sama cam tahun lepas jugak..cuma kali ni buat kat Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre..Suntec City la senang cita..compared to last year, this yer punya crowd lebih besar..ramai gila orang datang sampai nak bergerak pon susah..especially petang..so sangat happy..walaupon kami cuma managed to sell 1 fridge magnet jer..tapi kami tetap happy..sebab at least kami dapat banyak potential customer yang mungkin akan membanjiri tempat kami cuti sekolah ni..

Gambar tak la banyak sangat..sebab mood nak ambik gambar tu takdo memandangkan tak berapa sihat masa dok kat sana..tetiba kena flu..bukan H1N1 ya..tapi mungkin sebab tukar angin kot..so tak berapa nak best la sebab tak sihat..sungguhpon begitu aku ni sempat la jugak bersoping moping kan..sempat sekali lagi berkunjung ke Mustafa Centre kat Serangoon tu..n jugak Arab street..tapi tak beli kain sebab aku merasakan yang most of the textiles are not updated..tahun lepas aku tengok kain tu..tahun ni pon sama jugak..tak macam kat Kelantan..every month design baru..hmm..

Walau apa pon..trip to Singapore kali ni best..penat tu memang penat..sangat2 penat..mungkin sebab aku tak sihat sama..Gambar nanti aku akan cuba upload ya..actually seronok bila dapat buat keja luar macam ni..tak kisah la dalam Malaysia ke luar ke..sebab disamping keja..aku jugak bleh jalan2 tengok tempat orang..kira curik2 masa la..secara tak langsung aku kira pegi holiday jugak la kan..keja aku pon bukan la susah mana pon..

Lepas ni plan nak pegi Cameron..dah lama gila tak pegi..last aku pegi tahun 2oo1..so plan nak pagi sekali lagi..mungkin dalam Dec..tunggu adik aku balik dulu..till then..tarra..

Sang Karibut

Oh sangat tensi hari ni..sebab apa..sebab dari pagi tadi tak kerja aku habis2..mana ngan walk-in customernya..mana ngan call-in customer (ada ka word tu) yang tanya itu ini..mana ngan nak pegi kurier document beli rumah kakak aku lagi..kurier tu tak la masalah berat..tapi aku nak kena ke office dorang yang terletak beberapa KM dari office aku..beberapa KM tu tak kisah sangat sebab small town cam tempat aku ni bukannya banyak keta sampai jem2 ker apa..apa yang aku kisah adalah lokasi office dorang tu..sukar nak aku citakan..haih..paham sendiri la..apa yang aku pelik bukan banyak pon quotation atau invoice atau EO yang nak kena buat..tapi aku rasa cam aku ni tak cukup masa ja..cam banyak benda yang tak dapat nak settle untuk satu2 hari tu..aku ni kena pegi kursus time management la aku rasa..anyone yang dah penah pegi leh advise skit..


Terhilang arah sekejap..otak terkejang sebentar..aku memang tak leh nak pikir..sebab tu berblogging..nak ambik mood..aku rasa memang aku nak kena sambung buat esok..oh..ni la adat orang bekerja..alangkah baiknya masa zaman2 belajar dulu..sangat indah..

Huuuuyyyyoooooooo..dah 5 hari aku tak berblogging..gila kejang n kaku sekejap..bukannya apa..aku ni cam terbusy skit..kira ni dah release skit..tapi sebenarnya ada several quotation yang nak di settle kan..gila kejang otak aku dengan kira2 ni..kalau matematik sekolah rendah ka...sekolah rendah ka..add math (yang sebenarnya haram satu benda pon aku tak tau sebab aku tak pernah ambik) ka..bleh gak aku bantai2 buat sesoka hati..kalau salah cikgu tolong tunjukkan kan..habeh kuat pon dia ketok ngan pembaris kayu yang panjang warna kuning tu..yang ni kalau silap mampos aku kena potong gaji..so kena carefully buat la..kalau setakat 2 3 hengget tak kisah sangat..ni 3 4 kosong kat belakang nu..isk..naya kalau silap..


Oleh kerana otak aku beku ngan kira2 n nombor..makanya aku malas dah buat apa pon..blog korang pon aku tak sempat nak jengah..aku harap korang semuanya baik2 dan sihat2 belaka..pada yang tak sihat tu rajin2 la makan ubat..baru la cepat sihat ok..nanti sambung lagi..tarra..

Aku ni tak dapat nak update2 n terjah2 blog korang suma..sari dua ni aku cam terbusy skit..dan aku akan berangkat ke Sitiawan esok petang..maknanya tak dapek la cheq nak online for several days..haih mesti nanti aku windu kat blog korang semua..sekarang pon aku dah mula windu kat blog korang n blog aku gak..aku windu nak berblogging..haih..takpa2..minggu depan insya-Allah schedule aku ok dah kot..haih..penin2..


Hari ni pepagi awai lagi aku ngan June dah bertolak ke Seberang Jaya nak ngambil group yang nak buat program kat tempat kitorang..dalam kol 7.00 am plus2 la..sampai kat sana dalam 7.45 am..haih dorang suma dah tunggu sebab janji kol 7.30 am..ni semua sebab berebut bilik air ngan kakak aku..haih..bikin panas betoi..nasib dorang cam tak kisah sangat..nak kena bawak diorang pegi tempat kitorang sebab dorang ni suma dari Shah Alam..so kena la bawak dorang sampai sana..haih..dah settle semua balik office balik..so hari ni tak de la yang menarik sangat..cuma letih skit jer la..


Nanti ada masa aku lawat blog korang2 semua..so korang sudi2 kan la lawat blog aku walaupon aku takde yer..salam..tarra..

Baru sekarang aku berpeluang nak tengok2 blog..nak update2 skit..haih..dari pagi sampai la tadi ni agak terbusy skit..nak kata busy sangat tak la..tapi busy dari hari2 biasa la..pepagi aku setlle semua invoce n quotation memandangkan semalam kol 3.30 pm aku dah balik sebab nak kena ngantar ayah aku ke Airport..dia nak kena pegi KL ada urusan keja kat sana..so yang mana customer punya booking ka quotation ka kena bawak ke hari ni..makanya terbusy skit la aku..


Tengahari tadi pas lunch bermula misi aku ngan Kak Na membeli barang2 (Ration) untuk customer yang nak daki Gunung Bintang..siap ngan peralatan untuk makan cam sudu, garfu, cawan n so on..banyak tau bukan skit2 punya cita n..beras la gula sardin la ni tu la..banyak la..nek lenguh kaki2..


Balik sambung balik keja2 tadi..dah siap suma here i am..chewah..itu la perjalanan kerja aku hari ni..mesti korang kata tak do la banyak keja sangat..buat benda2 cam tu ja..ada aku kesah..?..eceh..yang penting aku tau apa keja aku..memang kadang2 tu korang mesti heran..kata keja..tapi leh berblogging..aku blogging pon keja aku jalan..pada aku yang penting keja jalan..semua booking aku settle..EO aku settle..customer aku punya quotation settle..invoice aku settle..payment yang liat2 2 aku usaha dengan penuh gigih dan dedikasi call2 banyak kali tekan2 dorang mintak bayar..semua keja yang di'assign'kan boss settle..


Oh satu lagi blom settle..thee hee..design baju..huh..tu ada skit berat sebab gambar blom dapat lagi..so nak design tu cam ada cikit pelobelem (problem)..nunggu kata putus Mrs Manager sama ada nak ambik ke tak gambar tu..


Hari itu kes adik aku cedera tu aku blom update lagi kan..nanti aku update..apa cita dengan tangan dia..apa jadi ngan dia..sekarang nak balik..sebab mak aku soh singgah kedai beli benang..tarra..

Hari agak slow..sebab for those yang di Selangor, KL, Penang dan sewaktu dengannya cuti..tak la banyak sangat call hari ni..cuma yang bertanya caner nak pegi The Tree Top Walk Sungai Sedim..The World's Longest Canopy Walk..sila klik nama tu untuk ke official web dia..some mintak package..hmm..itu adalah routine harian yang mana sekarang ni rasanya pejam mata ja buat..chewah berlagak..jangan muak sebab tapi tu la kenyataan..


So esok adalah off day aku..for those yang keje ngan kilang2 besar kat luar sana aku tau korang tak heran dengan cuti aku esok sebab korang dah cuti start minggu ni hingga minggu depan..memandangkan ekonomi tak berapa nak elok..so banyak kilang2 shut down..hurmm..tak ngeri ka korang dengar?


Well tak pe la..cuti panjang asalkan gaji jalan..boleh la luangkan masa dengan kuarga..esok aku plan nak pegi Popular Book Store kat Sunway Carnival Mall..tapi tak tau la caner kan..sama ada jadi ke tak..i need a new planner actually..so nak kena pegi cari la ni..kedai buku kat town aku ni dah kehabisan stok..so yang ada cuma yang tak berapa nak menarik dah gedabak2..caner nak buat written plan kalau takdo planner kan..i really2 need this..


So..untuk year 2009 ni..ni la benda2 terawal yang aku perlu buat..yang mana kalau boleh nak kena settle before my age upgrade to another year la kan..kalau nak tau sila tengok counter kat atas tu..so korang leh agak berapa lama lagi yang aku ada..tak banyak benda yang aku nak buat dalam masa yang singkat ni..benda2 yang sesenang jer..hmm..memang mampu kan..

1. Need to get a 2009 planner
2. Need to cut my hair to shoulder level
3. Need to straighten my hair so that i will look tidy
4. Need to finish reading "Marketing to Campus Crowd"
5. Need to Finish my beading works

No. 4 n 5 really choking me to death actually..sebab penyakit M.A.L.A.S..memang tak leh buat apa la kan..tapi kena paksa jugak..i only have 1 month 3 weeks and 4 days to finish everything..hmm..ni memang nak kena gerak gempur ni..i know i can do it..i will do it..haih..kalau aku leh baca "Law of Attraction" dalam masa 2 hari jer..takkan aku tak aku tak leh nak buat yang sama untuk "Marketing to Campus Crowd" kan..i can do it..


Ok la..nak balik ni..hmm..kejap lagi my sis datang ambik..dia pakai keta pegi SP ambik geran keta dia..hmm..dia pon dah nak balik KL malam ni..oh ya..dia dah kena transfer ke Kerteh starting this coming 16 Jan..for a year..Petronas Kerteh memerlukan dia lebih dari KLCC..so nak buat caner kan..I wish her all the best, success and happy selalu..doakan dia dapat jodoh cepat..dapat keta idaman dia before end of first quater of 2009..aku pon leh tumpang2..ahaha..ok..heva good day..heva great weekend..tarra..
